Help! Copying Pictures

For some reason, I am unable to copy images by right-clicking on them. I do the normal right-click, press 'Copy Image,' do the normal image file-saving thing--and when I look for the image in My Pictures, it's not there! I do not have this problem selecting and copying/pasting text.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I am running Windows XP and using Netscape 7.1 to access the Internet. We are running Norton anti-virus software and Spy Sweeper, as well as (I think) either the Netscape or Yahoo pop-up blocker. I'm suspecting that one of the firewalls might be interfering with the image copy function, but I have no idea which one it could be. or if it's possible to disable the things without uninstalling.

Any help would be much appreciated.

*giggles!* I had a feeling I'd get this result:

You're not goth at all. You probably wear Old Navy
and listen to Avril. Shame on you!

Friendly Neighbourhood (sort of) Computer Geek at your service. ;-)

Hmm... I'm not sure why "Copy Image" doesn't work (if it has worked for you before and you haven't changed any settings, that is), but have you tried using "Save Image As" instead? That's the one I always use myself, and knock on wood, it usually works fine - and with the exception of Spy Sweeper, I run basically the same progs as you, so...

Good luck!
