Artichoke Ranch Dip

Vicki's Artichoke Ranch Dip

1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream.
2 cups of real mayonnaise.
2 cans of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped up) the more expensive one you buy, the better they will taste).
2 envelopes of Ranch dressing.

Combine ingredients. Best made the night before. You can halve this easily and still have enough for a few people.

Blue Leaf--Hehe! No, that's just what the recipe calls for. I recommend chopping up the artichokes pretty finely (but then, I don't like artichokes, in the first place, unless they'c covered in dip).

I don't think I've ever had artichoke, but this sounds delicious. Ranch dressing has been my favorite dressing since childhood.

I've had to eat artichokes since childhood, but they were never my favorite food. This kind of dip and spinach artichoke dip, though, I love.
