Needing Medical Abbreviation Help

Can anyone suggest to me what the meaning of the abbreviation JH might be in relation to an eye exam? I am seeing it on an eye report form to describe a patient's near acuities. It looks something like this:

With Best Correction

Near Distance
R: JH R: 20/100
L: JH L: 20/100

I've never seen this before, and I can't find it in my Dorland's or on the medical abbreviation sites on the Web.

Thank you!
