I felt like writing a Seth post tonight. So sue me. I just wanted to do it. It felt good. I might write a Paul one tomorrow, just for the heck of it, just because I miss doing it.

Hallowe'en at the Office

Work: A few of us dressed up for Hallowe'en this year. Our receptionist came as Mae West, and she looks awesome, complete with feather boa, black elbow-length gloves, pearls, and everything! There are a flapper and several witches--the Good Witch of the East and the Wicked Witch of the West--because they work on the east and west sides of the building. (g) I'm dressed as Professor Snape, in honor of hp_snape, complete with wand and cauldron. I didn't draw a Dark Mark on my arm this year because I'm working now and don't want to go around for the next week explaining what that weird, fading squiggle on my left forearm is.

I left Hershey bars in my cauldron for the office staff and sent an email explaining that the candy was in there because Snape got a spell wrong. One person thanked me for being thoughtful, and another person told me to take 50 points from Slytherin for messing up the spell. I argued that the 50 points should be taken from the person who dared accuse Snape of being thoughtful...(g)

My Dad and Grandma Gaudiano took me out for lunch at Collina's, the local delicious Italian restaurant with the foccacia that's to die for. I am now a plumper Snape than I was this morning!

Writing: NaNoWriMo starts tomorrow. *whimper!*
