Icons: New icons, using text from Emily Dickinson's poems, are available here.

Medical Transcription Word of the Day: PTCA - Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (repair of a blood vessel in the heart).

The work was slow coming in today, so I worked on tapes. *sigh*

Mr. Graves Having done the iconage, a line on one of the icons got Paul thinking about the conversation he had with the Grey Lady and what she was saying to him, what it meant. I feel a heavy-duty conversation with Lilith coming on, if I can ever find caersidi online. Where are you, Viv? I haven't seen you around in several days.

The Project Looks like things are beginning to move more in Kelli's Project 2071. So far, I'm being very good and restricting myself to one character. Yeah, we'll see how long that state lasts. (g)

TV I stayed up way too late last night, watching Crossing Jordan and Cold Case Files on A&E. It's hopeless; I'm addicted.

Muse Voices I am working more on my Muse Voices website. I need to redo the menu, and I have one that I'm using from Dynamic Drive. Looking forward to getting it all put together.

Current Mood: sleepysleepy

Since it's going around...

Ten Things I've Done That You Probably Haven't:

  1. Sung Gregorian chants inside the Great Pyramid.
  2. Attended a forensics lecture for medical transcriptionists, given by a pathologist I met on GEnie--before I was a medical transcriptionist.
  3. Had a poem published in Mediphors magazine.
  4. Sung in the chorus for a performance of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony.
  5. Helped demonstrate Dragon Sex. (g)
  6. Worn a real Hawaiian lei.
  7. Taught Adult Basic English to sex offenders and parolees on other specialized caseloads.
  8. Made pancakes on Shrove Tuesday.
  9. Severely bruised my right breast (Owies!)
  10. Interviewed Ambassador Andrew Young.
